Henry Ayoub, Egyptologist, is a freelance, English-speaking tour guide in Cairo, Egypt.
He graduated from the Archaelogy Assuit University in 1990; the same year he finished his studies in Coptic Seminary.
He also successfully completed a 2–year diploma for Tourist Guidance from the faculty of Tourism & Hotels at Helwan University in 1996.
In addition to all of this, Henry earned a post-graduate diploma in Coptic history from the Coptic Institute of Studies in Cairo in 2014.
Prior to providing fantastic tours in the Cairo area, Henry worked as an Egyptologist for 4 years, assisting with excavations at the Pyramids and Sphinx, and was an assistant to famous Egyptologist, Dr. Zahi Hawas.
Using his extensive experience, Henry has also been involved in documentaries about excavations in Giza at the workmen’s village.
Since 1996, Henry has been a lecturer and guide for scores of English-speaking tours for individuals and groups. He will accommodate any of your touring needs, including private, custom tours.
